Job Summary The Hotel Operations Internal Auditor objectively evaluates financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance. This role conducts audits, identifies risks, recommends improvements, and assesses adherence to policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management (CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred).
- 3+ years of auditing experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in audit software, ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP), and Microsoft Excel
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit Operations - Perform cash counts, inventory audits, and revenue verification.
- Draft and present audit findings and recommendations.
- Investigate fraud risks and irregularities.
Risk Management and Compliance - Review adherence to policies and regulations.
- Analyze and enhance internal controls.
- Track implementation of audit recommendations.
Process Optimization - Collaborate to refine operational procedures.
- Train staff in accounting and compliance practices.
- Streamline audit procedures.
Analytical and Communication Skills - High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Sound independent judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional Conduct and Flexibility - Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
