Excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities: Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Implement robust dependency injection patterns using Hilt. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless mobile experiences. Mentor and support other Android developers on best practices, code quality, and career growth. Take ownership of resolving urgent or high-priority technical issues with quick turnarounds when necessary. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, perform code reviews, and maintain high standards. Contribute to the evolution of architecture and tech stack decisions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience developing Android apps. Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development tools and libraries. Solid understanding of architectural patterns like MVVM, clean architecture, modularization. Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Hilt. Experience with GraphQL API integration within Android applications. Ability to mentor or lead Android developers. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and unit/UI testing. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Experience working in agile teams or fast-paced environments. Experience in startup or fast-paced product teams. Nice to have: experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, RudderStack, Google). Nice to have: familiarity with localization tools (e.g., Applanga). Nice to have: experience with ADA.
