Job Description

In this role, the candidate is responsible for assembling and packaging point-of-purchase displays, kiosks, and their individual components according to client specifications. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and package point-of-purchase displays, kiosks, and display parts based on job specifications.
• Follow detailed instructions and visual guides to ensure proper assembly.
• Inspect assembled parts and products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to the Assembly Lead or Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience working in an assembly, production, or packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools or equipment.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years prior assembly or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
