The ideal candidate will be proficient with legal research, writing, negotiation, discovery and general civil litigation. The position requires that the attorney attend hearings, depositions and trials. Ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of litigation experience. Past experience with litigation, brief and motion drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial work is required.
Requirements: - Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas - Dedication to superior client service - Excellent organization skills and the ability to succeed in a high volume practice - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Pay will depend on experience - Position will involve litigation and trial of serious personal injury cases. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
