We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters. You will be challenged with complex legal issues and will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients. Your role will be essential in ensuring our firm's reputation for exceptional legal services and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide insightful interpretations of laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to our clients' cases.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure our clients' interests are well protected.
4. Represent our clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, effectively advocating for their rights and interests.
5. Collaborate with our legal team to develop effective case strategies, share insights, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all legal matters.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on corporate law, real estate law, and business law.
4. Proven experience in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts effectively.
5. Excellent negotiation and representation skills, with a track record of advocating effectively for clients.
6. Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
10. A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex legal problems.
