Job Title: Claims Contract Attorney Location: Remote Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $32/hr. Employment Type: Contract (6 months) Job Description: We are seeking attorneys to join our clients project team handling high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation. This role involves direct legal analysis and client interactions-not eDiscovery or document review. Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claim documents to assess case details
- Draft well-reasoned responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and attorneys
- Provide thorough and professional guidance to claimants and legal counsel via phone
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all communications and casework
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign equivalent considered)
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
- Prior experience in class action or mass tort litigation is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and client service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Smartsheets preferred
- Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, regardless of location
