Overview & Compensation

We are seeking an exceptionally trustworthy, highly organized, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to serve as an Executive Assistant / Personal Aide to the Principal of Just-IN-Time Renovations Inc. (JIT) .

This is a critical, high-touch role based out of the Principal's private home office in Puerto Rico , involving both executive duties for the company and high-level personal assistance, including mobility support.

  • Annual Salary: $45,000
  • Benefits Package: Company-provided vehicle (for business and personal errands), company cell phone, laptop/tablet, and a company credit card for all approved business/travel/personal expenses.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

1. Executive & Administrative Management (JIT Renovations)

  • Executive Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all professional correspondence, phone calls, and schedule management for the Principal.
  • Office Administration: Manage all traditional office functions from the home office, including file organization, supply procurement, and expense reporting.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the development and expansion of JIT’s new branch operations in Puerto Rico.
  • Financial Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping support, and document preparation for the company accountant.

2. Property & Real Estate Logistics

  • Property Management: Actively support the Principal in all aspects of property investments in Puerto Rico, including the buying, renovating, selling, and/or renting process.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and liaise with local Puerto Rico contractors, suppliers, realtors, and property maintenance vendors.
  • Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in English and Spanish to navigate local business, legal, and governmental communications.

3. High-Level Personal & Mobility Aide

  • Discretion & Safety: This role requires absolute Confidentiality and discretion while working in the Principal’s residence.
  • Personal Mobility Support: Provide essential hands-on assistance to the Principal (who is slightly handicapped), including help with walking, driving, shopping, and being present in the home during critical times (e.g., showering/bathing) to prevent falls.
  • Home Management: Manage all personal errands, household logistics, appointments (doctor, bank, etc.), and maintenance for the Principal’s personal residence.

4. Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Complex Travel Planning: Coordinate detailed travel itineraries for the Principal’s approximately 50/50 travel split between Puerto Rico and the U.S. East Coast (Maryland and Philadelphia).
  • Occasional Travel: Be available for occasional required travel to the U.S. (Maryland/Philadelphia) to provide essential support when the Principal is traveling without other help.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a demanding Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff role.
  • Professional fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Unwavering commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in a private home environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and modern scheduling/CRM tools.
  • Comfortable and capable of providing dedicated, in-person personal mobility and safety support.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
