Job Summary:
RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Las Vegas, Nevada location. This position is not remote . We are currently hiring for Wednesday–Sunday shifts, including closing shifts that typically start in the mid-afternoon and end by 12:00 a.m. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends . As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.
• Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
