Join Our Team as a Team Van Truckload Truck Driver!

Average Pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

Home Time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

About the Role:

• Operate dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
• Travel throughout all 48 states.
• Bring your furry friend along with our Team Pet Policy!

Pay and Bonuses:

• Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• Get paid weekly with consistent paychecks.
• Receive performance bonuses every week.
• Enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months.
• New drivers can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months.
• Participate in a paid orientation program.
• Accumulate paid time off after 6 months and 6 holiday pay days each year.
• Qualify for an annual bonus of up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Residents should live within 75 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA.
