Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will have a strong clinical background and able to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and assist patients with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers, including repositioning and lifting.
• Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Follow infection control protocols and other healthcare regulations.
• Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [insert state].
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
