The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, analytical, and collaborative leader with a deep understanding of arts programming, grantmaking, research methods, data-driven decision-making, and communications strategy. They should be a systems thinker and equity-focused leader, dedicated to ensuring that the organization's programs are aligned with its strategic plan and deliver meaningful outcomes. Essential qualifications include extensive knowledge and experience in team leadership, management, and development, as well as a deep interest in and experience with program planning, strategy, and evaluation. Familiarity with grantmaking practices, particularly in the arts sector, and a strong ability to communicate and network with a broad constituent base are also required.
