Construction Project Manager
Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Salary: $60,000 base + quarterly bonuses (average total compensation ~$80,000/year)
Employment Type: 1099


Our client is a well-established design and installation firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial window treatments. They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle project management, from contract to completion, while ensuring accuracy in orders, pricing, and communication with clients and general contractors.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination.

• Oversee installers and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all jobs.

• Communicate regularly with General Contractors and internal teams.

• Handle administrative responsibilities related to project setup, ordering, and documentation.

• Work with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore or similar software.

• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper job costing.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain project efficiency and profitability.

What you'll need:

• 5 years of construction, flooring, window treatment, or similar experience.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore (or similar portal entry software).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred; mileage reimbursement or gas card provided).

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; own tools preferred but not required.

What's in it for you:

• $60,000 base salary (paid $2,500 twice monthly).

• Quarterly bonuses of approximately $5,000, based on performance.

• 5 days PTO and 15-17 paid holidays.

• Mileage reimbursement every two weeks.
