Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator supporting our client who are a leading mining company. \r\n
This contractor position will work remotely. Administration of contracts for assigned projects from conception through execution and completion. Responsible for assisting with post contract administration of contract matters as assigned. Reports operationally to the Manager Staffing Contracts and the Director Project Support Services.

Essential Functions \r\n
\r\n - Receives and reviews a wide variety of contract requests, may support one or more specialized areas requiring an increased depth of knowledge.
\r\n - Responsible for the timeous and accurate issuing of Service Orders against appropriate project cost codes
\r\n - Identifies process and /or supplier performance issues and works with multiple parties to resolve issues.

\r\n - Nature of Work - Works on administrative/procedural issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and communication with involved parties in a group or functional area.
\r\n - Level of Interaction - Often collaborates with managers and/or functional site leaders and with external colleagues.
\r\n - Autonomy/Decision making - Has moderate supervision and some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact a department or an individual work group.
\r\n - Budgetary responsibility - Has no budget responsibility
\r\n - Managerial responsibility - Manages a function or specific program(s) or project(s) but no people.

\r\n - High School diploma or GED and five (7) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR
\r\n - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and three (5) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering
\r\n - Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management
\r\n - Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment: MS Word, Excel, Outlook is essential.

Preferred Qualifications \r\n
\r\n - Experience with contract administration of multiple projects simultaneously.
\r\n - Prior Owners' team experience preferred.
\r\n - Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors)
\r\n
