Zeus Jones ( is looking for a Minneapolis-based Creative with 3+ years experience to join our team.

Our creative department specializes in storytelling and cultural connections that build brand meaning. Our creatives have the taste to find culturally informed ideas, the craft to shape and articulate them, and the conviction to bring clients on board. This role will put your skills and natural curiosity to work to build and express brand meaning for clients across industries, categories and cultural niches.

• Craft and edit creative ideas that build brand meaning
• Bring a brand concept to life in tangible ways: communications, activations, campaigns, content and beyond

• Represent the creative discipline in the room (Zoom + physical) with client leaders; build your skill at fostering relationships

Essential experience:

• 3-plus years working in creative writing, concepting, experiential services, creative tech, video/film development, journalism, content creation, visual storytelling, or something completely different but relevant to the role
• Strong verbal skills, strong creative skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary and collaborative teams
• Experience navigating feedback from clients or peers
• Experience creating ideas based on loose or undefined inputs 

Salary range is $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

About Zeus Jones

This job is based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, though the right candidate can be based remotely, with the expectation of company core week travel (quarterly) and likely client travel 1-3 times per quarter. For those based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, we are a hybrid workplace, with Tuesday-Thursday as days in office.
