Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Novi, MI

Overview As a CRNA at Henry Ford Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care across neurology, endoscopy, and radiology cases. You will have the opportunity to work in a supervised CRNA model with a 4:1 provider to patient ratio, ensuring a collaborative and professional atmosphere. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including later and weekend shifts, with the potential for full-time hours and a competitive hourly rate of 167.50. This is an exciting locum-to-perm opportunity that supports your professional growth within a prestigious healthcare network.
Required Skills - Active, unrestricted CRNA license in Michigan (preferred at the time of submission)
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration, preferably in neuro, endoscopy, or radiology settings
- Strong procedural skills, including arterial line placement
- Ability to float between multiple locations with short notice
- Clear background with no license actions or legal issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills - Experience working in a supervised CRNA model with regional anesthesia procedures
- Familiarity with pediatric anesthesia (limited pediatric cases)
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with at least 1 year of recent anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Prior experience in neuro or outpatient procedural anesthesia is advantageous
Other Requirements - Flexibility to float between Novi and Southfield locations; reassignment communicated typically the day prior
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts
- No reimbursement for background checks, application, or credentialing fees
- Credentialing process estimated at 90-120 days prior to start
