Dental Office Manager | Southern Dental Birmingham | Birmingham, AL

Southern Dental Birmingham is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. If you're a strong leader with a passion for team development and patient care, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example with professionalism in dress, demeanor, and communication
• Motivate and inspire a diverse team while embracing change in a fast-paced environment
• Foster a respectful, collaborative workplace open to new ideas
• Deliver exceptional patient service and resolve concerns with urgency and empathy
• Build strong relationships with doctors and prioritize patient commitment
• Drive results by achieving budget goals and adapting to evolving business needs
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback and support team growth
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent with high standards
• Energize the team through morning huddles and monthly meetings
• Coach and develop staff to maximize performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of dental experience
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
