Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will ensure the safe and proper operation of all equipment, including trailers, heavy equipment, and hydraulics. You will follow preventative maintenance schedules, maintain equipment records, and ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and related regulations.
Responsibilities
After 60 days of employment, employees receive front-loaded vacation time. The company is employee-owned, with team members earning stock based on years of service. Competitive health benefits are provided. Employees receive a pay increase once hired on, with potential for annual wage increases. A scheduling attainment bonus is available for achieving the weekly locked production schedule. Food trucks visit the location twice a month, with the company covering lunch expenses.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, subject to all weather conditions year-round. The company values culture, emphasizing attendance, honesty, good decision-making, consistent effort, and care for self and the company. The shift is Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am - 3rd shift. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
