Dog Bather needed to join our team. Position available immediately

We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Dog Bather to join our grooming team!

If you love dogs and enjoy helping them look and feel their best, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Dog Bather, you'll play a key role in preparing dogs for grooming, ensuring they're clean, comfortable, and happy.

You will be surrounded by loving, adorable dogs all day long, but working with dogs does require patience, understanding, and a real love for animals.

Responsibilities:

• Bathe and brush dogs of various breeds and sizes
• Clean ears, trim nails, and brush teeth as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Handle dogs with care and patience, ensuring their comfort

Requirements:

• Passion for working with animals
• Comfortable handling dogs of all temperaments and sizes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40-50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to animal safety
• Previous experience in pet care is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• A positive, friendly, inclusive attitude

Reliable transportation and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday daytime hours is required.

Benefits:

• This is a full-time position (35-40 hrs per week)
• Competitive pay: $13.50 per hour plus tips to start. Pay increases to $14.00 plus tips after a brief training period. You can expect to make $14.50 to $15.00+ per hour
