Sales Bizlab   We are is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for event planning and logistics.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing company events, trade shows, and meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling.
• Support event registration, guest lists, and attendee coordination.
• Help manage event materials, promotional items, and supplies.
• Assist in tracking event budgets, expenses, and post-event evaluations.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
