**Event Sales Specialist**

**Responsibilities:**
* Answer phones and respond to voicemails and emails
* Follow up on inquiries
* Process any bookings and assign events as needed upon receipt of signed agreement
* Hand-off signed Villa Grande/Pavilion events to Event Services Manager to be assigned to event coordinators
* Attend conventions, conferences, bridal shows and sales meetings to develop industry knowledge and promote sales
* Meet with clients to initiate the sales process, discuss packages and make the contract sale
* Provide accounting department with accurate event billing information for proper invoicing of clients
* Conduct site tours/visits with potential clients
* Assist with contract updates within Caterease
* Assist with bridal and private event appointments
* Assist Event staff with set up if time and workload permits
**Requirements:**
* Must be 21 years of age
* The ability to work all shifts and a flexible schedule to accommodate guests appointments
* Previous experience working in events
