Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with design systems in larger corporate settings, bringing a wealth of knowledge in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to adapt and innovate within established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine UX/UI design systems that align with corporate standards and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and implement user-friendly digital experiences.
• Lead UX/UI projects, including conducting user research, creating wireframes, and designing high-fidelity prototypes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically in a larger agency environment or client-side within a large corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and success in using design systems.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-focused orientation.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
