The Closet Factory of Boston is looking for shop personnel to join our close-knit team immediately. Our Wilmington, MA, factory produces various types of wood parts and accessories for our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. Our factory members prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before sending it to the client’s home. Job Responsibilities:

• Operating tools to assemble products and parts such as drawers and doors
• Unpacking and inspecting supplier components
• Quality checking and preparing finished component parts and pieces for installation
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks as required
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Always adhering to health and safety procedures
• At times, making deliveries to job sites

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
• Experience with basic hand and power tools
• Some woodworking experience is a plus
• Have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds
• Able to stand, stoop, crouch, reach, kneel, and move without impedance
• US Citizen or valid work Visa
• Must reside in the Greater Boston Area, no foreign applicants will be reviewed.
