Fence Installer – Starting at $21/hr
Nashville & Franklin, TN

Heron Building Co is looking for a skilled Fence Installer to join our team. If you have experience in construction or trades, take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a company that values excellence, integrity, and hard work , we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and assist in installing custom fences (wood, aluminum, and more)
• Work with power tools and materials safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality craftsmanship in every project
• Handle additional outdoor craftsmanship as needed
• Solve problems on-site and adapt to different project needs
• Represent Heron Building Co with professionalism and respect

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the trades (fencing or similar trade work)
• Comfortable with power tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic – you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what you build. We have 5.0 stars on google and take our reputation seriously
• A team leader who sets the standard for craftsmanship and efficiency
• A problem-solver who stays positive and adaptable when challenges arise
• Someone who values integrity and doing things the right way
