Join to apply for the Gym Manager role at Anytime Fitness Join to apply for the Gym Manager role at Anytime Fitness Job Title: Gym Manager Location: Denver Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55-75,000 We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gym Manager with sales expertise to oversee all aspects of gym operations. The Gym Manager will be responsible for selling membership and fitness packages; customer service; training and managing staff; ensuring the gym runs smoothly; maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for members. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase membership numbers; retain existing members Create and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained Promote and market gym services and events to attract new members and increase retention Manage staff schedules, performance, and training Coach training sessions as needed and grow training revenue Requirements 3+ years fitness management, or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree a plus) Proven track record of achieving sales and membership goals Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques CPR and First Aid certification We Offer Base Pay Plus Commission Paid Time Off Healthcare Reimbursement 401K Comp Membership For You +1 Continuing Education If you are a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, we want to hear from you.
