Job Description
Essential Purpose: Highly motivated and sales driven leader, a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes, and develop and lead others to do the same. Must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. Ensure the success of the club in its entirety including the club's members, employees, and financial success. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Accountabilities:
· Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
· Membership Billing
· Payroll Budget
· Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
· Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
· Fitness Sales Pipeline
· Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.)
· Employee and member safety

· Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts.
· Must be extremely organized.
· Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
· Comfortable with computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus.
