Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Powder Coat Painter a pplies powder coat paint to products using a manual spray gun and automated coating system, maintaining required paint thickness and ensuring high quality finishes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coating manufactured parts consistent with pow d er coat paint to cus tomer and internal quality requirements
Inspecting material from fabrication shop
Operating all coating equipment including: manual spray guns, hoppers , and booth collection systems
Using the paint line efficiently with minimal stoppages and gaps
Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifukus QMS policies and procedures.
Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
