The IT Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and transparency throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the effective management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality of project delivery.

This role requires strong technical and management expertise to guide complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives across the US and Latin America.

Duties: · Provide leadership and visibility throughout the entire project lifecycle, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality.

· Anticipate critical issues and take ownership in driving resolutions proactively.

· Lead and guide the work of PMO and technical teams located across the US, Brazil, and Latin America, leveraging Project Management, IT, and Cybersecurity knowledge to support growth and service excellence.

· Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Subject Matter Experts or SOC Technical Teams, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and met with effective technical and business solutions.

· Use strong technical intuition and expertise to guide projects and resources toward successful outcomes, fostering innovation and continuous process improvement.

· Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and streamline deployment and delivery processes.

· Maintain high levels of accountability and communication across global teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.

· Minimum of 60 months of experience as an Information Technology Project Manager.

· Certifications: Data Protection Officer (DPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or ITIL.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese; working knowledge of Spanish.

· Knowledge of Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and familiarity with the Brazilian Government Sector.

· Understanding of Microsoft Security Solutions and Cybersecurity frameworks.

· Ability to work across all Latin American time zones.
