The role involves collaborating with product teams, IT operations, and PMO, and championing Agile practices, automation, and CI/CD to deliver new functionality quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a Release Calendar for planning development and testing activities. Conduct release readiness reviews, de-conflict sessions, and post-mortems to manage risks and resolve issues. Provide release health status, identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions. Act as the main contact for stakeholders, communicate plans, and provide updates to improve transparency. Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to improve release processes, including automation and CI/CD. Manage release schedules, dependencies, and environments, including code and data synchronization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 6+ years in release management with various scheduling strategies. 2+ years in DevOps practices and systems. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management. Experience with Continuous Deployment/Integration/Delivery, ServiceNow, Jira. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL and Agile certifications. Retail industry experience. The salary range is $134,810 - $158,600, dependent on experience.
