We are looking for an entry-level Application Developer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will assist in the development and upkeep of web-based applications while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies, including React, .NET Core, and Docker. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and advance your technical expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of both internal and customer-facing web applications using React and .NET Core.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including bugs and system change requests, with a proactive approach.
• Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, and Azure DevOps to support project execution.
• Document technical concepts and solutions clearly to enhance team communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with team members to research and address technical challenges, contributing innovative ideas.
• Support application deployments and assist with basic production troubleshooting under guidance.
• Explore opportunities to enhance system performance and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive continuous learning and growth.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives.• Approximately 2 years of experience in web application development using React, .NET Core, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quick learning aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in design discussions and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and eagerness to explore emerging tools.
• Demonstrates initiative and curiosity to identify and propose system or process improvements.
