Open Positions:

  • Operations Manager: This role involves providing direction at a single location, ensuring customer requirements are met, and managing operations, people, safety, and finances. Qualified candidates should have experience in running a warehouse or distribution operations for 3 or more years. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or business is preferred.
  • Senior Operations Manager: Similar to the Operations Manager position, this role expands the scope to include a large single site or multiple locations. Successful candidates will have experience in managing large sites or multiple locations for 5 or more years.
  • General Manager: The primary objective of this position is to ensure efficient operations based on contractual commitments, establish and maintain strong business relationships, and drive continuous improvement. Qualified candidates should have 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics operations, with account management experience preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Related logistics experience required: 8-10 years
  • Managerial experience, including multi-site P&L responsibility required: 5-8 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management required
  • Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • Customer relationship management, including demonstrated sales success with existing business required
  • Project management, including operations start-up and/or closedown experience preferred
  • Engineering and IT awareness, including supply chain modeling, use of routing, transportation management, and warehouse management applications preferred
  • Experience in multiple supply chain service lines (transportation, warehouse, lead logistics provider, etc.) preferred
  • Effective presentation and communication skills required for internal and external interactions
  • Strong financial experience and problem-solving/process improvement skills required
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule
  • The ability to lift and move items up to 100lbs and perform essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
