\n Pay: Starting at $18/hour (weekly pay)

\n What You’ll Do \n\n

    \n\t
  • Assemble various models and sizes of construction equipment according to specifications and daily assignments\n\t
  • Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently\n\t
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and material lists\n\t
  • Plan assembly operations to ensure all parts and components meet exact quality standards\n\t
  • Perform tests, identify equipment issues, and diagnose malfunctions\n\t
  • Document and report any defects or corrective actions\n\t
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area\n

\n What We’re Looking For \n\n
    \n\t
  • Previous assembly, mechanical, automotive, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred\n\t
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams\n\t
  • Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable using hand and power tools\n\t
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work approach\n\t
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift\n
