A leading engineering firm in the Northwest Houston area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a great work environment. Starting compensation $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience. This position is 100% onsite.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations creating efficient workflow
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle filing systems and perform accurate data entry
  • Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotes for utilities and services
  • Assist with invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Verify and track field technicians' hours and time entries
  • Maintain PTO records and scheduling for field staff
