Job Description

Ultimate Staffing's client in Cockeysville is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager (Direct Hire) to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing outstanding patient care. This role involves managing administrative duties, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing office efficiency.

(Salary 70-80K, DOE)

Office Operations & Administration:
Oversee daily office functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with dental regulations.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting.

Team Leadership & Human Resources:
Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and administrative staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support.
Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial & Insurance Management:
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial efficiency.
Process insurance claims, verify patient eligibility, and oversee collections.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for office needs.

Patient Relations & Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Address patient concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Educate patients on office policies, payment plans, and treatment options.

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and other dental industry regulations.
Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance processing, and billing.
Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
