We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Outbound Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission by reaching out to local business owners, assessing their needs, identifying potential prospects, and scheduling appointments for our local media sales representatives. Your experience in local media, especially in yellow page or local online media sales, will be highly valuable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to local business owners to introduce Rise Local's services and assess their advertising and marketing needs.

2. Prospect Qualification: Determine if the businesses are good prospects for our services and identify decision-makers.

3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our local media sales representatives with qualified prospects.

4. Order Requirements: Gather detailed information about the advertising requirements and preferences of potential clients to assist the sales team in tailoring solutions.

5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Rise Local's services, packages, and pricing to effectively communicate value to prospects.

6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing deals.

7. Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and prospect interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in local media sales.
• Familiarity with local advertising and marketing services, especially yellow page or local online media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and call tracking systems.
