BCforward is seeking a Project Coordinator to work remotely in Denver CO, Houston, TX or Austin, TX
Pay Denver: $43/hr/w2.

Summary:
The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative aspects of company projects including scheduling and logistics coordination
* Track and monitor project progress with regards to deadlines and client expectations
* Communicate frequently with team members, XFNs and management to provide project updates
* Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
* Ensure all project related documents are organized and up to date
* Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
* Attends all client and staff meetings pertaining to project
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous project coordination or business analyst experience
* Knowledge of industry best practices and tools for creating insightful presentations
* Ability to work in a team and cross functional environment
* Ability to identify problems and provide recommendations and drive resolutions

4. 2-4 years of experience, bachelors degree

Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
