Project Manager (Fencing and Guardrail Projects) – $65,000-$100,000 + Excellent Benefits– Canton, MA

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding project delivery team. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects, from simple installations to high-security enclosures. Your role will be to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.
• Create detailed stock lists based on job requirements.
• Apply knowledge of various installation equipment and construction methods.
• Manage projects as a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Ensure safety in all project activities.
• Projects are primarily in the Greater New England area.
• Manage various projects from basic installations to high-security installations.
• Maintain a high-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effectively manage time and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Premier Fence, LLC has designed, fabricated and installed fencing for years throughout the New England area for residential homes, commercial businesses, municipalities, as well as state and federal agencies. We are conveniently located in Canton, MA in a state of the art building with fabrication facilities onsite.

The Person

• Prior experience as an effective leader in project management.
• 5-years minimum experience in construction - Civil Preferred, fence or Guardrail a plus
• Superior planning and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software such as BlueBeam.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adjust on the fly.
• Safety and growth mindset.
• Willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening which includes Marijuana.
