Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports in collaboration with product teams. Manage project budgets, track and report financials across multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with fiscal governance Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues. Ensure compliance with change request protocols for scope, schedule and budget changes. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and transparency. Oversee resource allocation and vendor coordination. Scrum Master Duties Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Remove impediments and foster team self-organization. Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to drive team performance. Promote Agile best practices and guide teams toward higher maturity levels Cross-Functional Leadership Promote collaboration across engineering, product, QA, UX, and business stakeholders. Translate technical progress into business impact for executive audiences. Support hybrid delivery models when appropriate. qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. PMP and/or CSM/PSM certification preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in project management and Agile Scrum leadership. Proven success in delivering medium-to-large, multi-stakeholder projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with tools like Rally, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, MS Project, or equivalent. skills: Core Competencies Strategic thinking and tactical execution. Servant leadership mindset.
