Exciting New Incentives:

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.

Overview:

Imaging Float Pool: Opportunity to flex to a variety of locations with additional incentive pay, to provide needed (modality specific) coverage. Flexible schedule. Will provide imaging services to all Mercy Hospitals and offsite imaging locations located within the central community: Mercy Hospital Springfield, Aurora, Cassville, Lebanon, Branson, Bolivar, and Mt. View.

Assist radiologist and or performing physician in the performance of interventional and special procedures (myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography and any other such procedures). Provide the patient care essential to the exams. Is able to perform surgery procedures required by the team/shift and is able to take OR call when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program
• Certifications: Current BLS certification. ARRT (R) certification. Preferred Certifications: Advanced registry (BD, QA)
• Licensure: Current Arkansas State License
• Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Capable of manipulating X-Ray equipment including mobile and other equipment, lifting, moving and transporting patients. Continual standing and waling; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to a fast-paced daily workload.
