Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks, as well as knowledge of journal entries and corporate accounting.

Bookkeeper Essential Functions:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages
A/R processing, reconciling and recording
A/P processing, reconciling and recording
Credit Cards Processing, reconciling, and recording
Petty Cash processing, reconciling, and recording 
Monthly Financial Reports, Analysis and Calculation 
Filing and organizing bookkeeping materials
Administrative duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
Experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration (2-5+ years’ experience)
A/P & A/R, MS office knowledge
Strong emphasis with attention to details
Ability to multi-task with ease and professionalism
Communicate clearly and concisely in person and in writing with clients and team Adhere 100% to business/clients confidentiality, non-disclosure integrity
