Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Cruise Line Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and managing cruise bookings, assisting clients with cruise-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking process. • Manage and coordinate cruise reservations for clients, including selecting cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom categories, and cruise dates.
• Interact with clients remotely through email, phone, and chat to understand their cruise preferences, special requests, and budget.
• Provide detailed information on cruise options, onboard amenities, shore excursions, dining, and entertainment, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their chosen cruise.
• Utilize cruise booking systems and reservation platforms to make cruise reservations on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences.
• Help clients manage their cruise budgets, offering cost-saving tips and advice on selecting the best cruise options for their money.
• Collect payment information, process cruise reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
• This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from home or any location with an internet connection. You can balance your work and personal life effectively while delivering exceptional event experiences for our clients

• Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and emerging cruise destinations to offer clients the most relevant and up-to-date information.
