**Overview**
     As a Spa and Wellness Director youll be responsible for ensuring a serene rejuvenating and holistic experience for our guests Your role involves managing spa services coordinating wellness activities and creating an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation
**Responsibilities**
**Spa Services Oversight** Manage scheduling treatments and maintaining high service standards
**Wellness Program Development** Curate wellness programs such as yoga sessions meditation classes fitness activities and healthrelated workshops aligning with guest interests
**Client Consultation** Engage with guests to understand their wellness needs preferences and goals providing tailored recommendations and guidance
**Vendor and Partner Liaison** Collaborate with external wellness practitioners ensuring quality service and alignment with the resorts wellness standards
**Event Coordination** Organize wellness events retreats and workshops ensuring their seamless execution and alignment with the wellness program
**Spa Promotion** Assist in marketing and promoting spa and wellness services through various channels to attract guests and maximize participation
**Feedback Collection** Gather guest feedback to evaluate the success of wellness programs and spa services making adjustments for continuous improvement
**Qualifications**
Previous experience in spa management wellness program coordination or a related field is advantageous
Deep understanding of spa and wellness practices with certifications or relevant training preferred
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and personalized wellness guidance
Strong organizational skills to manage spa operations and wellness programs
Communication skills with guests staff and wellness practitioners
Creativity and innovation in designing engaging wellness activities and programs
