Job Summary: Sells new/pre-owned/leased vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The Sales Professional is the public face of the company and responsible for handling customer questions about the product, services provided by the company and new/pre-owned/leased vehicle sales. Sales Professionals are expected to continuously update their knowledge of car inventory, services, and policies. Pay: Commission based salary; Average range is between 60,000 to 100,000 a year; Earning potential unlimited. Schedule: Full-time 40 plus hours a week; Rotating set schedule; Dealership hours - Monday through Thursday 8:30am-8pm, Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm; Flexibility to work outside dealership hours when needed.
