In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that our teams adhere to the Scrum framework standards and implement agile practices effectively. Responsibilities Direct each project's scope and timeline to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals. Organize sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand‑ups to maintain team momentum and focus. Guide team members in Agile frameworks, enhancing their skills and understanding of best practices. Foster internal communication and effective collaboration among team members to promote transparency. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and accommodate new requests efficiently. Address conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain team productivity and morale. Assist teams in effectively implementing changes that enhance their workflows and outputs. Verify that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, promoting excellence. Lead development teams towards higher levels of Scrum maturity, enabling them to thrive. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; not required if you have the experience. Scrum Master certification is essential for guiding teams effectively (CSM is a plus). Over 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in Agile practices. Experience in full‑stack development with technologies including SQL, REST Services, C# .NET Core, Bootstrap, and Vue.js on MS Azure; coding skills are not required. Exceptional knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement. Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as Crystal and XP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing strong servant leadership abilities. Proven skills in problem‑solving and conflict resolution to maintain team harmony. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
