Position Requirements

Must have Class A or B license

Monday - Friday, 6-8 am start time

Starting pay at $72,000

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the transportation department of one or more locations within the assigned geography, providing leadership and acting as the liaison between customer, operations, CSRs, and support team.
• Customer Focus: Maintain inventory supplies, manage driver debriefs, ensure documentation for customer transactions, uphold high customer service standards, develop customer relationships, conduct service reviews, and resolve service issues.
• Company Growth: Review payroll for efficiency, manage vehicles and equipment.
• Team Member Development: Select, train, and develop staff, establish performance standards, conduct performance appraisals, perform ride-alongs and spot checks, onboard new hires, and complete location audits.
• Compliance: Track DOT hours, administer policies, monitor safety and productivity, participate in safety committees, and maintain driver and vehicle records.
• Additional duties as assigned.
