Senior Financial Analyst – Hybrid in Austin, TX

???? Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000
???? Hybrid Schedule : 2–3 days/week onsite

We’re recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing organization where finance plays a strategic role in shaping business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments

• Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations

• Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership to align financial goals

• Support ad hoc analysis for business cases, pricing strategies, and cost optimization

• Work within ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Syspro, and financial tools such as OneStream or Hyperion

• Present findings to senior leadership and help drive data-informed decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance

• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities

• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools (NetSuite, SAP, OneStream, etc.)

• Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or real estate

• Public accounting experience is a plus

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly

• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
