Tax Senior Manager or Director - Not for Profit

Weaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager or Director level to join our growing firm. We serve a variety of tax-exempt and non-profit clients ranging from large national organizations to smaller local entities. A Tax Senior Manager or Director works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm.

Compensation range is estimated at $141,000 to $290,000 for the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. We offer flexible scheduled time off, a minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 recharge days. We also provide in-house CPE and learning opportunities through our Learning & Development department and WeaverLEAD leadership coaching programs.
