Assignment Dates: 11/10/2025 – 03/09/2026
Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (Opportunity to extend or convert based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule

• Mid Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
• Overtime required on Mondays
• Must be reliable and available to work all scheduled hours

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate – GMP Services will perform key warehouse and production functions in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include relabeling, repacking, inspecting, and serializing products in accordance with FDA and company standards.

This role requires working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 24&degree;F) for portions of the shift — PPE will be provided . The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physical work setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform GMP functions such as relabeling, repacking, inspections, and product serialization.
• Use RF scanners , Klever cutters , and tape guns for labeling and packaging.
• Palletize completed products and maintain organization in work areas.
• Rotate between cold and ambient work environments several hours per shift.
• Stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Complete assigned tasks independently within a team setting.

General Warehouse Duties

• Cooler Prep:
• • Retrieve and place gel packs in shipping containers.
  • Insert bubble bags and assemble cold chain shippers.
  • Place completed shippers onto the takeaway line.
• Cardboard Disposal: Collect and recycle cardboard (facility recycles 20+ tons annually).
• Warehouse Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness per FDA standards for medication storage.
• Void Fill: Place air pillows in boxes to prevent shifting during shipping.
• Line Offload: Load completed cartons onto pallets for UPS shipments.
• Box Erector Support: Maintain carton supply in box-making stations.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with packaging or picking orders as needed.
• Other Duties: Support team operations as required to meet daily goals.

Work Environment

• Temperature: Work in refrigerated areas (24&degree;F) on rotation — PPE provided.
• Physical Requirements:
• • Stand for long periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Setting: Fast-paced, production-oriented warehouse following FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow written English instructions.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Detail-oriented, with strong compliance and safety awareness.
• Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to perform varied warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in cold environments and with repetitive physical tasks.

• Unwillingness to work in cold environments or perform physical tasks.

Company Rules & Expectations

• Dress Code: T-shirt, jeans, sweatpants, and comfortable shoes (no tank tops, shorts, leggings, or spandex).
• Attendance: Consistent punctuality is mandatory; repeated absences or tardiness may result in termination.
• Entry/Exit: All temporary staff must enter and exit through the main entrance for security purposes.
• Badge & Timekeeping: Must sign in/out and clock time daily.
• Personal Items: Store valuables in your vehicle; cell phones not allowed on the warehouse floor.
• Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch per shift.
• Training: Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training provided on Day 1.

Health & Safety Protocols

• Daily Health & Temperature Screenings upon entry.
• Masks required inside the facility (provided if needed).
• Hand hygiene & distancing: Follow CDC guidelines; sanitizer stations provided.
• Facility cleaning: Regular and deep cleaning throughout the week.
• PPE provided: Gloves, masks, and other safety gear supplied as needed.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position with the opportunity to extend or convert based on business needs.
