Job Overview

This is a hands-on, physical role for a skilled tradesperson, or someone looking to break into a booming industry in southern Utah. The ideal candidate has some experience in construction, is proficient with power tools (or can be trained), and is comfortable working at heights. We will provide specialized training to install windows and gutters for the right person who already possesses a solid foundation in construction or remodeling.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20-$30 per hour, dependent on experience. Based on proven performance, skill, and business needs, you will have the opportunity to transition to a competitive piece-rate pay structure.

Job Location

Our main office is in Saint George, UT. While we work at various job sites around southern Utah and Washington County, you must be able to reliably commute to the office on a daily basis.

Travel

Must be willing and able to travel out-of-state with the crew for occasional projects (typically lasting one week, sometimes longer). All travel, lodging, and meal expenses are paid by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install windows, gutters, and related exterior components with precision and care
• Assist with job site setup, measurement, and cleanup
• Follow safety guidelines and uphold company quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

• Experience in window or gutter installation preferred, but not required
• Some background in construction, pre-construction, or remodeling required
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using power tools and working on ladders/heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
