JOB DETAILS
Title: Dispatcher
Location: Work from home! Must live near Portland, OR
Temp Project
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Hours: 40 hours weekly
Schedule 1: Friday to Tuesday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Schedule 2: Friday to Tuesday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
Schedule flexibility is needed!
Brief List of Job Duties:
Answer customer calls and provide prompt service solutions.
Coordinate and dispatch technicians accurately.
Enter data to update customer accounts.
Correspond on the phone and email via Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Great communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel, and Word
- Live near Portland, OR
- High School Diploma or GED
