• Conduct outreach activities and establish partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups.
• Met monthly goals for prospecting, processing, and enrolling students.
• Assess, verify, and document applicant eligibility for enrollment.
• Assist students and families through the application and admissions process.
• Coordinate transportation and pre-enrollment activities for new students.
• Monitor the progress of students you recruit and provide supportive services as needed.
• Participate in community relations activities to promote Job Corps.
• Support student retention efforts and ensure successful program participation.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree OR an Associate degree with 2 years of experience in human services, counseling, education, or a related field. (Degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education)
• Skills: Strong communication, networking, and customer service skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in computers and data tracking systems.
• Other Requirements: Experience working with youth is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
